You need to output the graph in a format that allow such interactivity. I believe svg (available through the svgDevice package on CRAN) can do that. Andy
From: Hu Chen Hi all I want to draw a graph containing points and edges. Package graphics could do this. However I want to make each those points and edges clickable with a hyperlink on them. Anybody know how to do this? Thanks very much.
