Measures of agreement

Hi Andrew,

I have an implementation of the kappa for nominal level variables (as in
Siegel & Castellan) that checks with the examples in the book, and that
I've used several times for checking inter-rater concordance. If you
would like to use it, I can email it when I'm next at work.
