tseries library coredumps on redhat6.1

Folks,

I have used the tseries library before on windoze , i tried using it on
a R-1.3 installation on redhat 6.1 , [on which other libraries like 
wavethresh,boot etc work smoothly] but when i do a
it coredumps...

any pointers help in this matter appreciated.

NB Your installation of R is out of date. You should be using
1.5.1.
