Marc, In this particular case the code alone would have been sufficient. To isolate the problem try the following: require(Hmisc) v <- varclus(~ variable1 + variable2 + ... all other variables given to aregImpute, data=...) plot(v) redun(~variable1 + variable2 + ... all others, data=...) Frank
