Problem installing ad administrating packages

Hello R-User!

I am running R 2.8.1 on an Intel Mac.
I just tried to install a package using the GUI and got the following error
message:
Fehler in if (14 + nchar(dcall, type = "w") + nchar(sm[1], type = "w") >  : 
  Fehlender Wert, wo TRUE/FALSE n?tig ist

Error in (14 + nchar(dcall, type = "w") + nchar(sm[1], type = "w") >  :
  missing value, where TRUE/FALSE is necessary

also if I try to look at my installed packages using GUI

Fehler in .readRDS(pfile) : unbekanntes Eingabeformat

Error in .readRDS(pfile) : unknown enter format.

Some days ago I used a different working directory and now came back to my
usual one. Don`t know if this causes the error.

I would be very grateful if somebody could help me.

It is also not possible if I use this commands

install.packages("analogue","/Library/Frameworks/R.framework/Versions/2.8/Resources/library",repos="http://R-Forge.R-project.org")

I reinstalled R 2.8.1.
