R-1.3.0 is released

I've rolled up R-1.3.0.tgz about an hour ago. This is a major upgrade,
with some structural changes and major new features, especially in the

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
 
Dann sollte man darauf auch testen koennen :-) Bewegen wir also das
package nach CRAN und schreiben nochmal ein kleines Mail an r-announce,
