Hallo every one I have this table and tried to find similarity and dissimilarity index in r by vegan package but I couldn't. I really don't know why I couldn't as I spend a lot of time working on it, so would you be so kind to calculate or give me some advise about my problem? ? Ismael, Khasro Abdulrahman?
