Bayesian Model Averaging (BMA) R Package available Free software to carry out Bayesian Model Averaging (BMA) in R is now available at http://cran.us.r-project.org/src/contrib/Descriptions/BMA.html BMA is a way of taking account of uncertainty about the form of the model used by averaging across the models considered. The package includes BMA software for linear regression, generalized linear models and survival analysis, as well as various plotting routines for visualizing the BMA output.
