Generalized Extreme Value Distribution (LMOM package) and Frechet Distribution

Hi, 
The package evd most functions that one would need for analysis of Extreme Values so you should consider giving it a try.
By the way your vector of numerical values is not valid; there are a couple of values with repeated decimal point separators.
