Nested analysis with non-normal errors - R-help

I have some doubt to make some analysis in R, I remember that in GLIM all 
analysis use glm. I have using the new Crawley's Book to help-me.

How make a nested or splitplot analysis with poisson errors??

with normal errors use aov, and non-normal errors?
