Dear R users, I am happy to announce that the package 'XGR' (Exploring Genomic Relations available at http://cran.r-project.org/package=XGR) has been on CRAN since this April. Now it gets published in Genome Medicine (see http://dx.doi.org/10.1186/s13073-016-0384-y). Together with its web app, XGR is able to provide a user-friendly tool for exploring genomic relations at the gene, SNP and genomic region level.
