Dear all, is there a way to know how many pairs are computed when R performs a correlation (i.e. cor(x,use="complete.obs"))? (some indivual has no available information for some variable). I would like to estimate the significance of the correlation between 2 variables (hypothesis r=0) and to do this I need to know the sample size. Thank you.
