at the command prompt.  You also did not include the version of Hmisc. 
I tried a small test:

library(Hmisc)
getHdata(titanic3)

and it worked fine, using the most recent Hmisc.

Have you tried doing update.packages() ? does this work?

I presume you're on some sort of Windows?
