Multiple comparisons in R; multicomp

Patrick I'm not familiar with the multcomp package from s-plus, but there is a package available through bioconductor (www.bioconductor.org) called multtest that has some functions for multiple testing procedures and adjusting p-values and computing false discovery rates.
