predict formula with variables

Hello

On the subject of using predict formula with variables,
I used cbind(var1,var2,var3,var4, predict(glm.obj,type="resp")) to find 
probability
of each combinations. However,I am  still hesitant whether I have done 
it correctly.
Is it correct ?
