Then please tell us how/why you feel that way.  Give some examples in that
document where you have trouble.  I'm quite sure R Core always welcome
constructive criticisms... (apologies for putting words in their mouths).

You may also want to check out the "contributed documentation" on CRAN.
Some of them might be to your liking.
