Problems with tcltk package - R-help

You need to find Tcl's library directory on your system. Search for a file
named init.tcl; set its directory to your TCL_LIBRARY environment variable.
On my Windows system, its C:\Tcl\lib\tcl8.3, for instance.

I have installed Tcl/Tk v8.4 on my system (Win XP, R 1.5.1). When I try to
load the Tcl/Tk package I get this error:

Error in firstlib(which.lib.loc, package) :
        TCL_LIBRARY is not set
Error in library(tcltk) : .First.lib failed

Can someone help me, please?
