sequential gaussian simulation

Hello,
    I am wondering does anyone have experience with sequential gaussian
simulation? what package would you recommend for that purpose?

I also have a related Q:
  In R, is there a function I can use to test that if my data is
multi-point, or multi-variant gaussian?

Any information and pointer is appreciated!
