two new packages

As Tim has suggested, I've uploaded these packages to CRAN, to be placed in 
the "Devel" directory.

Great!  I think we should encourage people to upload complete, but not yet 
fully
tested packages to the "devel" section of CRAN.  It gets really hard to 
keep track
of source that is scattered all over the 'net.
