I am currently attempting to install R on our DEC Alpha computer, and am having a little trouble. I have f2c installed in lieu of a Fortran compiler, and have installed libf2c in a subdirectory below where f2c lives, although as you can see below, libf2c is not being found during configuration. I'm not sure what I would need to do to rectify this. However, my main problem is with the 'make': I get the message "Don't know how to make %.f", as you'll see below. I'm afraid that my Unix skills fail me here. Looking forward to receiving any help you can give. Hi Everyone Hope this is the right forum. I am sure it's obvious but ..... How do I get some sort of pattern on a boxplot? I have three groups that are easy to give different colours but of course this isn't much good for printing in black and white. Anyone written a clustered boxplot (ala SPSS) which is the effect i'm after?
