Hi guys I'm working with with R1.4.1 on windows I'm trying to import data from the ODBC (Access database) with the library RODBC. Every thing works perfect except that the dates are factors.

Know I would like to ask if anybody has an idea to change id either to a numerical value or to a date? I've tried several things with the date function in the library survival but nothing worked.
