[R-pkg-devel] RCMD check --as-cran on Windows

get no NOTES. But in other flavors, there are NOTES about "no visible
global function definition for...".

I can get the NOTES from the website and attempt to fix them. But I cannot
check them on my Windows machine since I have not installed linux on it.
Is there a way to check for those NOTES without installing another
