[R-pkg-devel] CRAN incoming queue closed from Dec 21 to Jan 02

Dear package developers,

the CRAN incoming queue will be closed from Dec 21, 2018 to Jan 02, 
2019. Hence package submissions are only possible before and after that 
period.
