[R-pkg-devel] "unable to verify current time" in R CMD check

Hi, I'm checking my package for CRAN.

In fact, I already complete checking CMD in 3.5.3ver.
but for the latest ver., 3.6.0, I get  '1 note' when checking CMD.

I wonder how I can solve this note.
