[R-pkg-devel] No package called 'scales' (r-oldrel-windows)

Hi all,

I recently submitted an update to `PAutilities`.

It has errored for r-oldrel-windows with "there is no package called
'scales'" (see https://www.r-project.org/nosvn/R.check/r-oldrel-windows-ix86+x86_64/PAutilities-00install.html).

I am a bit mystified by this, as the package builds fine on Winbuilder
old release (see
https://win-builder.r-project.org/g6EPG1y3nGN9/00check.log), as well
as my older local Windows installation (4.0.5) and all other platforms
I have checked.

Does anyone have insights about this? I assume it is related to
dependency on ggplot2, but I'm struggling to replicate the error and
thus unsure where to start.
