[R-pkg-devel] object 'nativeRoutines' not found
The package versions are in the output: https://travis-ci.org/gdkrmr/coRanking/jobs/428661435#L2836 I would just try to purge the cache on Travis, that often helps with incompatible package versions. Gabor

That looks as though the travis system isn't using the latest version of some package. Can you see sessionInfo() on the two systems? It prints versions for R and for all used packages. Look for differences there. Duncan Murdoch
