[R-pkg-devel] CRAN Package error
Dear Uwe, I've tried again today and still get the same error Any suggestions of a likely cause? I'm currently not even sure how to chase it up if it is a fault at my end. Thanks in advance, Andy

Dear Henrik, My undesranding is that rdevel testing servers using are ahead of the current Bioconductor release. However; I?m not confident I am correct. Andy On Thu, 30 Nov 2017 at 23:26 Henrik Bengtsson <henrik.bengtsson at gmail.com> wrote:

Does CRAN support packages in the Bioconductor *devel* repository? /Henrik On Thu, Nov 30, 2017 at 2:54 PM, Andrew Holding <anh25 at cam.ac.uk> wrote:
Dear Uwe, Just submitted the package again and got the same error. I?ve copied it below for reference. Andy Found the following significant warnings: Warning: namespace 'BiocFileCache' is not available and has been
replaced
Warning: namespace 'AnnotationFilter' is not available and has been
replaced
Warning: namespace 'Organism.dplyr' is not available and has been
replaced
See 'd:/RCompile/CRANincoming/R-devel/Brundle.Rcheck/00install.out' for
details.

Have you submitted a second time? Sounds like BioC wasa uodated on the build machine when you submitted. Best, Uwe Ligges On 30.11.2017 12:52, Andrew Holding wrote:
Hi all, I?m trying to upload a new version of my package and it was
automatically
bounced because of the following warnings: Warning: namespace 'BiocFileCache' is not available and has been
replaced
Warning: namespace 'AnnotationFilter' is not available and has been
replaced
Warning: namespace 'Organism.dplyr' is not available and has been
replaced
Theses all seem to be related to the bioconductor annotation in one
of
the
loaded packages. I know the new Bioconductor on devel is unstable
but I
thought I should check before suggesting the pretest rejection was a
false
positive to see if there was a resolution. Cheers, Andy
