[R-pkg-devel] dependency on a bioconductor package
BiocInstaller has been replaced by the CRAN package BiocManager; the appropriate way to install Bioconductor packages is BiocManager::install(). See the vignette at https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/BiocManager/vignettes/BiocManager.html Martin
