Have you submitted a second time? Sounds like BioC wasa uodated on the
build machine when you submitted.

Theses all seem to be related to the bioconductor annotation in one
loaded packages. I know the new Bioconductor on devel is unstable
thought I should check before suggesting the pretest rejection was a
positive to see if there was a resolution.
