[R-pkg-devel] Problem installing package on windows platforms

Dear all,
in the latest version of the check results for package diseq (see here)
I get

release-windows-ix86+x86_64 During the development phase of version
0.1.5, I had checked the package on windows platforms and I had no
problem. When I try to take a look into the details:

it seems that the link is dead. I have tried to replicate the problem
using win-builder and rhub but the package is installed successfully
there.

Would you have any suggestions on how to further investigate the
problem?
