[R-pkg-devel] bioconductor package required but not available

Here is the build report for KEGGgraph

http://bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/html/KEGGgraph.html

where it builds, and is available, across all platforms. This does not seem to be a Bioconductor problem, but rather a CRAN configuration issue.
