[R-pkg-devel] CRAN submission error package newscatcheR_0.1.0

Hi,

I tried to submit a new version of the package to CRAN today and got an
email back about a pre-test error:

Status: 1 ERROR

However, the winbuilder check didn't return any errors both on the R Under
development (unstable)  and R version 4.0.2 (2020-06-22) (logs:

https://win-builder.r-project.org/aNK5eJQxxyGH/)

I am fairly new to packages and CRAN and I am not sure if the pre-tests are
doing the same thing as the winbuilder when sent from devtools.

When searching for a possible solution I found this thread that looks like
tibble might be causing the issue if it is not updated to 3.0.3 but I am
not sure (
