It is my pleasure to announce that my new R package (*SCpubr
<https://github.com/enblacar/SCpubr>*) to generate *high-quality,
publication-ready plots* for *single-cell transcriptomics* data has been
released *on CRAN
<https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/SCpubr/index.html>*. It uses *Seurat
objects* <https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/Seurat/index.html> as
backbone to generate any type of data visualisation you might need for your
research!
