Dear R users, I am pleased to announce the release on CRAN of revdbayes 1.1.0 : Ratio-of-Uniforms Sampling for Bayesian Extreme Value Analysis (https://cran.r-project.org/package=revdbayes<https://cran.r-project.org/package=revdbayes>). revdbayes performs random posterior sampling in univariate extreme value analyses. It also produces posterior predictive checks, using the bayesplot package (https://cran.r-project.org/package=bayesplot), and posterior predictive inference for extreme quantities.
