New package : anyLib

Hi,

This message is to announce the release of anyLib, a new package to install
easily any package from CRAN, Bioconductor or GitHub. It also automatically
loads the installed package. So do not bother anymore to remember where a
package come from and if you already installed it or not, just anyLib!
