RBI and front-ends to RODBC and RPgSQL

well, I expected this question and thought about it :-)

it is, technically, out of date in some way. but it is maintained and
passes R CMD check and supports yet another db-system. 

I feel that it should stay, but I can accept if you like to remove it
from CRAN :-)
