RBI and front-ends to RODBC and RPgSQL

(I should have implemented front-ends for Torsten's mSQL, and MySQL, 
etc., but there's only so much time...)

please do not invest any time into RmSQL: nobody uses that (for good
reasons)! It was a design study (nearly 3 years ago) and was good for that
special issue. Anyway,
