Genetic algorithm and Spatial data

Hi,
I am new in R, and i need some help. I'd like to use geometry which i have
in MS SQL Spatial (can be in SHP files too), and genetic algorithm on data
sored also in MS SQL, Excel sheet or CSV. It must be interaction between
graphics (modification in graphics) based on genetic algorithm.
Who can give me some help, example ......
