updating R packages with r2u
Hi Ravi, The list of packages that you try to install in the two systems is different. Only 3 of the long list get installed in the first system, while nothing gets installed in the second. Are you sure you do not already have all those packages installed in the second system? That would explain that your command does not install anything, simply because it is not necessary. Best ?acu.-

| I don't have a problem with updating and installing ubuntu for the latter. The problem appears to only with r2u.
