Update packages - R-SIG-Debian

Hello!

Posts from Dirk in thread[1] last month clarified the place of R
packages that are in Debian and others. Updating packages that are in
Debian is simply a matter of apt, but what about other packages? I just
used

where .libPaths[1] point to "/usr/local/lib/R/site-library". And it all
went smoothly. Any comments on this?
