NMDS axes scores

Hi Tom and Zoltan,

Yes, you are right - I would love to use distances between my restoration
sites and the reference forests instead of ordinations scores.
Unfortunately, my restoration sites are still very dissimilar to the
reference forest (as Tom pointed out this causes a problem), and this is the
reason why I'm keen to somehow use the NMDS scores.
