Kite diagrams

Is there a package in R that produces Kite Diagrams?

Given that no one replied to this, and although now off topic, what do 
people use to produce kite diagrams as it would seem R doesn't have that 
facility "off the shelf".

Any OS would be relevant as my students use Windows, where as I tend to 
use Linux/Mac.
