stress measure in NMDS - vegan

Hi all,

I am wondering if stress in isoMDS() of MASS package is calculated it in
percentage value (0-100) while in monoMDS() of vegan in proportional values
(0-1).
Do someone have any idea about that?

Certainly someone has an idea, and even has documented this: look ?metaMDS and vegandocs("FAQ") which both explain this in vegan.

Wouldn't that be self-evident? Stress is a proportional measure, and if a "proportion" is >1, it must a percentage.
