Non-metric Multidimensional Scaling
Hi:
I have a small data set (70-80 cases) and after running NmMDS, I do not
find compact groups. Instead, I find two halos, one closer to the center
than the other and then, for sites with fewer data, scattered points.
Besides trying to deal with the many 0s and getting more data, what else
can I do? What does this pattern mean?
