(Online course) Metabarcoding in Microbial Ecology (16–20 March)

Dear all,
We would like to let you know that only 2 seats remain available for the upcoming Physalia online course ?Metabarcoding in Microbial Ecology?, taking place 16?20 March.

This course provides a comprehensive introduction to microbial metabarcoding, guiding participants through the full workflow of a metabarcoding study?from raw sequencing data processing to multivariate statistical analysis and data visualization.

Importantly, all hands-on sessions will be conducted using QIIME2 and R.

Through a combination of lectures and practical hands-on sessions, participants will learn how to:

Process next-generation sequencing reads from metabarcoding studies

Analyze microbial community composition and diversity

Apply statistical approaches for ecological interpretation

Visualize and interpret metabarcoding results
The course is designed for researchers and students interested in microbial ecology, biodiversity, and community analysis.
