instability of NMDS
Dear Chitra, What do you mean with "extracting scores"? Do you have the result object? In that case, use function scores() to exact scores. Do you mean that you cannot get the result object? If so, have you read the section on "Convergence Problems" in the function documentation (?metaMDS). Have you worked like suggested in that document? What failed when you followed the instructions?
