Export data from GeneMapper to TREMPR format

Hi,

I did an analysis in GeneMapper (T-RFLP) based on AFLP protocols, like
ThermoFisher advise.

I am in trouble to export de raw data. I need the dataset like TRAMPR need
(https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/34009642/demo_samples_abi.txt). But, i
only was able to export like this
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/34009642/TRFLP_Table.txt

Please, could you help me in how I could export that data in TRAMPR input
format?
