Mahalanobis distance
Dear all: I am testing different distance measures and number of axis for count and binary data. I need to know the form of Mahalanobis distance for binary data if it is possible. I do not find this equation. I need similar expression to vegdist of vegan. Probably is only for quantitative data but I have not evidence of this. Any idea Thanks
