Draw a nomogram

Hi,
I want to
do a nomogram wich express Ignition probability =(Z) determined by FMC: Fuel
Moisture Content= (X) and Fuel load = (Y). Please see an example in attached
file
Is GAM a
good way to do nomogram using vis.gam function?
