Good day fellow Scientists, Please help me. I am running two data frames for edaphic factors (33 observation & 8 variables) and plants species (33 observations and 24 variable. The sampling 33 sites (observations) appear on the cca plot as "row 1, row 2, row 3, row 4 and so on" How do i changed them to appear simply as "1, 2, 3, 4 and so on" I have tried following help instructions with R.row.names(x)row.names(x) <- value.rowNamesDF(x, make.names=FALSE) <- value Thank you in advance for your help Kind RegardsS.
